Insurance Plans: We participate with VSP, Medicare, Medicaid through Group plans only, EyeMed, Medical Eye Services (MES), March Vision, Community Health Group/VSP, TriWest, UFCW Local 135, and Humana Vision. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage.
